Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is $1 and gift notes are available with not extra charge. If your would like your purchase to go to the gift recipient, update your ship to address to the gift recipient's and add a special note in the "gift note" field. It is a wonderful way to send a special gift!

Are there shipping discounts when I order more?
Yes, we offer shipping discounts when purchasing multiple items within the same transaction. The shipping discount calculates automatically as the items are added to your cart. Just add your items into your shopping cart to see how much you save.
We offer FREE domestic shopping for orders over $35 also :0)
What happens if I enter my address incorrectly?
Contact me right away! If I have not shipped it yet, I can cancel your order and you can order again with the new address. It is your responsibility to make sure that your address is accurate prior to shipping.
I wish I could ship it back to you at no charge, but it is difficult to absorb the cost of shipping a second time. I am just a small one women shop and not a large business like Amazon. When your parcel gets returned to me, I will send you a listing for shipping it to the correct address. It is important that you double check your address.
My package is marked delivered by the post office, but I don't have it! Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, if the post office marks the package as delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds will not be available unless a police report for stolen mail is filed. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
If this does happen, check with anyone who may have picked up the package and brought it in. After that, check with neighbors, or look around your house to see if the mail carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. After that, check with the post office in person to get the GPS reading from the delivery scan. In the case of stolen packages, you should file a stolen package report with the police and the post office. It is important to know if theft is in your area.

Please contact us via message with an image and description of the issue and we will get back to you with a fair resolution.
If it is under valid terms we can replace the item under question.
What if my package gets lost in the mail?
If your order is lost in transit and the tracking has stopped midway to you, please contact us. We will work with you to track it down or if all else fails, we will remake and resend the item.
However, we are not responsible for lost packages if they are coded as Delivered via the USPS tracking delivery confirmation number that is provided to you once your item(s) ship.
